Quote of the Week

While sitting in a class which as I recall being quite dull, I flipped through the pages of my planner and while doing so discovered that located at the top of every right page that there was a quote. Now as you know planners are books with months, weeks, or days in them. Mine just so happens to be a weekly planner so a set of a left and right page is one week. Monday, Tuesday, and Wendsday on the left and Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday on the right. Fascinating isn't it? Anyway, so I've decided that everyweek I shall extract the weekly quote from my planner and post it here. Quite cleverI believe.... and a good indicator of how bored I am...

This Week's Weekly Quote I believe is positively superb and I hope you appriciate it.

"A Satyagahi will always try to overcome evil by good, anger by love, untruth by truth. Ther is no other way of purging the world of evil." -Mahatma Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (1869-1948)

I looked up the word "satyagahi" and I believe it means peacemaker which would make sense, no?

I think I shall memorize this superb quote for it is indeed fabulous and should make good discussion if the occasion arises. Maybe you'll find yourself memorizing it to for similar or even a completely different purpose.

Well, I must be off to type up a bit of homework but I shall return, mark my words I shall!!!

LOVE,
XOXO,
FOREVER COOL,
~ME~

The Wonderful World of Bloggerville is....

...apparently not so wonderful. I've seen several cases lately of total miss-use of blogger and it makes me really sad. The first is something Dani brought to my attention. She's discovered that blogger is host to many blogs owned by creeps such as.. well, actually I'll just put a link in for Dani's blog and you can see there, just scroll to the bottom.

In other news (well... actually just in another place) Deb has discovered what could be a confusing situation. Is it blogger-identity theft or is it a coincidence? Either way the whole "mark" and "mark" situation is confuzzling.

(about 5 minutes later)

Ha!!! I have found a breakthrough. Mark and Mark are indeed the same indivduals according to their profiles and links. The so-called real mark that posted the comment about the mark being a fraud either has a hacker or has split personality/opinoin issues.

I am such a freakin genius.

To Have A Cold or Not To Have A Cold

It'd be so cool if I could choose but nobody really has much choice in the matter do they? The answer is no, no they don't . Alright, so I am still sick but not as bad before but still. I have low self-esteem to start out and being sick is soooo not helping. I mean seriously, is my immune sytsem trying to torture me? I can so picture little creatures inside me (kinda like in that movie osmosis jones or whatever) just sitting at a card table playing cards with my cold. Not how it's supposed to work!!! The little creatures are supposed to be savagely attacking the virus!!! That's how it should be but no, it's turning out to be the longest game of poker ever if you get my metaphor.

Dijon or American?

Wow, just took a mustard bath (wait... I shall explain) and it was fabulous. I feel quite a bit better. Ok, so me and my mom went to this bath salt store I had been dying to visit and there I got two things of salts. As we were at the counter the lady was examining one of the salts I had chosen (stress-relieving) and she asked "Are you stressed?" and the response was "no, have I a cold." She then proceeded to point out a packet of Dr. (something I can't remmber)'s Mustard Bath Cure... or whatever. So when I get home I pour half the packet in and take a bath. It was kinda odd because the mustard powder (though incredibly curing and soothing) turned the water yellow. So if your sick, I suggest taking a mustard bath... it helps a good bit. My nose feels better and my skin is oh so very soft. I love it! Well, that's all I got for now but I'll write tomarrow if I can. I need to go study spanish... CIAO!

Taylor & the 7 Feelings (as opposed to the 7 dwarves)

Who can name the 7 feelings of a cold? I can....

Sneezey, Sleepy, Grumpy, Stuffy, Drippy, Icky, and Blah.

I'm feeling all of those at this moment in time, a really great combo eh? NOT! I am so ....soo.. YUCK!!!When will this virus end? I mean, it's bad enough to keep in a state of positive misery but I'm not well enough to go to school and still feel like I may have a chance of being relatively ok looking or whatever. Nope. It's like being stuck in health limbo.

I've taken medicine, dranken two bottles of orange cream sobe (major vitamen c), tried chicken noodle, tomato, and eaten fruits. But nooooo... for some reason my immune system is just to lazy to do jack!
*%$@!

I saw this coming. My parents had it. Students at school were absent and those who weren't seemed not too hot either. Believe me, I tried to prevent this. Vitamens, exersize (trying to lose some weight too btw) and even eatings.... *dramatic music*..vegatables. But, alas, nothing to push away the evil curse. It came upon me slowly and with no mercy... like a exucitioner who pretends to reach for the lever that will realese the trap door beneath my feet, for the nuce to tighten. I flinch only to realize I must bare the aggnoy for another moment. Dramatic? Yeah... majorly. How I feel? Pretty accurate.

If you have any suggustions for a cure to this intolerable pleague... please post a comment. Thank you and good day. *cough sniff wheeze sneeze choke*

The Begining of the End

So school is up and running. Summer is gone... autumn is here. That means homework, stress, tests, and teachers. On a more positive note: boys, friends, gossip... it's all an adventure.

All is well in school. I got good teachers for the most part and the grades are good so far... well, spanish could be better but with an upcoming test I should be able to boost my grade.

My Teachers

Art- she's really looney and a kid inside. Once she made us do "the twist" after class. I was worried I'd have nightmares.

Language Arts/English- he's done every job I swear. So far me and my friends have discovered: chef, pilot, art director, drama teacher, camp counsler. I think there were a couple more acutally and I am sure a lot more to be recorded.

Algerbra- so nice, so fun. A great person and I love her.

Spanish- really nice but gets on my nerves because she can be really insensitive to things... such as saying peoples grades outloud!

Social Studies- he's my favorite. He's funny and cool and just so ausome!!! I am one of his favorite students I believe... teacher's pet you might say.

Science- she would be the not-so-sweet apple of the bunch. She's an organization natzi and she's from michigan or whatever and always says "right?" in a (what i'd imagine to be) michiginian accent. Well, atleast she's relatively nice.

What were your teachers like in school???

Really Back

Ok, this time I am actually trying to stick to blogging but this school year is going and is a lot harder than last.

Alright to start my blogging I will give a brief detailed description of what's up...

situation between me and bff (the one i was in love with): currently we're just friends and over the summer i got past my obsession... good thing no? lol.

at the moment i am sooooo head over heels for this one guy at school, codename: u-kno-who. So anyway, u-kno-who is majorly hott and a really amazing person. Fabulous smile, shy, and quiet but friendly. Perfect. One problem? How do I get to know him???? He's not in any of my classes because well, he's a year older... makes things a bit difficult.

besides boys school is going good but i need to work on the spanish... not doing so hot there.

well, i got to go... im on the phone with bff and i it's hard to talk and type....

ciao!!
