The Rainbow War

Because of the sinful ways humans have led and because of our foolish ways, humans lives have grown shorter and shorter since Adam and Eve. Life is short. I know you've heard it before but it's so true. Life is too short for these hateful feelings towards others. My rainbowrific homies, (those of homosexual ways) are different. So what? Has anyone besides me noticed that gay men are sooooo much more fun to hang out with then our average day genteleman... pardon me, they don't even deserve the term "gentelman." Take apart that word "gentleman." Come on, it's not hard. Crack it right about the middle and what do you get? Gentle men. Many men these days happen to be very UN-gentle and I betchya something, those abusive and rude and stuck-up ones are the straight ones! I'm not going to make any more waves with them because I know some can actually be quite kind.
Where was I again? Oh yes. How life is too short to wage these rainbow wars. It honestly is. If you're going to be picking on people for being un-godly, put your energy towards the goths! Well, not necessarily. Goths happen to be sometimes christian... so let me refraise that (hmm.. refraise... how do you spell that) take it on those creep devil-worshipping people not homosexuals. Don't you think God, if homesexuals are (which I really think is B.S.) disobeying the holy laws He can assist them? I do. Sometimes I have a hard time putting my faith in God but I always in the end do. You know why? Because God loves me. Yes, God despises and hates some aspects of people, such as a lying tongue, but God still loves the person. It is the same with gay people don't you agree? (don't answer that.) YES! I don't think God has a problem with them. It's anti-Jesus people I bet he has a tough time with.
I would like to share some things at camp I heard and learned and liked (wow that sounds wierd....) Jesus is a problem solver. He specializes in messed-up lives. He wants to help us become better. That means those of you who are attacking us rainbowrific believers, you need to stop. You can continue to believe we are living against God but you need to pray to God that He will help us, not take things into your own hands. If our lives are messed up as you believe, Jesus will help us and if we are smart, we will listen, pray, and discover the truth. That is what I call some one-on-one with Jesus time. Yeah. Cool. I like it.
Wanna hear something else interesting? The whole time I was at camp, they didn't tell us what not to do, they told us what to do. They didn't tell us to not be mean. They told us to be nice. They didn't tell us to stop hating our neighbors but to love our neighbors. Some of you may be saying: what the heck? It's the same thing! But you're wrong. One is so much more positive. So if you're telling people "DON'T DO THAT, DON'T DO THIS, YOU'RE WRONG!!!" Honestly. That is such a pain in the ass. Soooo negative. So unwanted. So don't do it!
(I apologize if you don't like swearing but technichally I wasn't directing it at someone....)
I would like to make a blogger petition in my comments. If you belive the christian nut-cases and just stuck-up people need to stop and if you want the rainbowrific war to end leave a comment! I will be greatly interested in the results :) Ya know, I am getting the idea if I should make some shirts that say: END THE RAINBOW WAR! Tehe.... that'd be cool. I love rainbows did I tell you? Sorry... that's random but I do!

Thank you MQM. I kinda agree. I think we should assist God at most times but I am sure there are times when we need to just BACK OFF and let Jesus work his magic!

We are ALL sinners and in need of a Savior - no question about it. But, since life is so short we should want to make every moment count for God and live in a way that is pleasing to Him.
If we see someone hurting themselves or others, don't you think we should help them out?
As brothers and sisters in Christ we must hold each other accountable to do what is right and encourage one another in the Lord.
When we humble ourselves and go to the Lord in our weaknesses, He will give us the strength to overcome any trials we may face.
"For I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philipians 4:13
God does love you Taylor, and He wants the very best for your life. Sometimes He will place certain people in your life as a representative of Truth.
Remember - the rainbow was a sign of God's promise to us, and it should be a constant reminder of living in obedience towards Him not in rebellion.
Even though you may not like me very much for having strong beliefs, please know that I only share these things with you out of sincere love.
Keep looking to God for your answers and He will guide you in the right direction.

You're a great girl with a very patient heart, seeking understanding. From what I know of you, you seem like a good person.
It's one thing if someone is trying to help you. It's another thing when they bash you for what you believe in. If you are not hurting anyone else, no one has the right to judge you. Be yourself. If you don't, you'll end up regretting the rest of your life.
Madelene was married to a man once. It was her best friend. She married him, because her parents told her 'this was the right thing to do'. She was depressed for quite a few years. All her life, she knew she was gay. She finally came to realize that this was not the life for her. Now, she is happy and living her life the way "she" wants to.
Pray. Tell God you need Him, and He will answer you. And myquestioningmind is right, God has an agenda for every soul. Everyone is so different from another; each soul has a different purpose in serving God in some way. God loves his straight children, and God also loves his homosexual children. We are all in this together. God loves you--this you have to remember, Taylor. God won't leave or forsake you. He is always there...but just remember to come to Him...not only when you need Him, but just to reconnect with Him as well.
Don't let anyone discourage you from God's love. He loves you, more than ANYONE else could ever possibly love you.

Yeah, sure. But I think sometimes "helping out" tends to come off as bossing around. I know. I recently lost one of my best friends this way and I seriously regret it. I think at times people just need to keep their mouth shut.
Also I would like to point out I am not making the rainbow a war symbol or whatever. I've just taken notice that many homosexual individuals use it as the "gay pride symbol" that's all.

Thank you. I agree that God loves everyone. Yeah know that verse that says something like: "oh whoever causes these little ones to stumble should be thrown into the sea with a weight tied around their neck" Yeah, well God still cares about them too. He wants to help them stop hurting others, to find peace and joy in Him and life.

This is good. I mean, I really belive some individuals devote too much time to the lord, reading the bible and such when they should be out their enjoying life and maybe, IDK doing community service. Madelene (i hope that's spelled right) should live her life happily and free but still attached to God. See? A balance. Life is a balance. (we discussed this in school) Man woman. Life Death. Good Evil. All a balance. If you have worship and worship there's no balance. Worship and living. That's better :)Well, I don't care much for the word "worship" but I think yeah know what I mean. lol.

Very good post Taylor. You are right, end the 'Rainbow war'. God loves you for who you are. Only He knows if you are a good loving person, and not hurting anyone. Don't let anyone else judge you.
